Cellphone theft is a problem in Colombia, as it is in many other countries. However, only in this country, the state has created the program No más celus robados (No more stolen cellphones), an initiative that is not effective and puts at risk the people's privacy. This is a lesson about governmental programs and human rights in relation to technology.
